| Ray Chien had a partial script but his website is dead since long ago. 
You might be interested in J2e's script dump though. But problems are:
-This script is full of gibberish
-The dialogues are not in order.
If that's okay with you, I can send it to you.

| I've noticed your post on FESS, and I can already tell you that you'll have some problems if you plan to read this script while playing the game, because it is really, really unfriendly to read.
Someone might give you Twilkitri's script dump there which, I think, is a bit easier to read (unfortunately, I can find this one on my computer.)
Anyway, here's J2e's one:
